Earl Grey tea is made from teas grown in close proximity to the Virunga National Park. It has been awarded prestigious awards such as the Great Taste Awards and is certified by the Rainforest Alliance.

Our Virunga Earl Grey tea is a special, scented tea from Rwanda, which is sourced from some of the finest tea gardens in the area close to the country's border with the Democratic Republic of Congo and the Virunga National Park. The tea bushes in this area grow slowly, due to the high altitude and cool temperatures, and the tea produced from these bushes has a richer flavor than regular tea.

We want to make sure that all of our tea leaves are handpicked, so we pinch the leaves together carefully and then blend them with a traditional bergamot oil. This gives our tea a distinctive flavor with spicy floral notes. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
