It's okay for people with diabetes to eat this as long as they also eat other healthy foods.

One spoonful of something is called a teaspoon. 0.5 grams is how much something weighs when you have one teaspoon of it. A jar can hold up to 80 of these spoonfuls.

To replace one spoonful of sugar, use one spoonful of Canderel. If you're measuring by weight, use one-tenth the amount of Canderel as sugar. One small spoonful of sugar has more calories than a small spoonful of Canderel.
